BBRI / CSTC

The Belgian Building Research Institute is a private research institute for the Belgian construction contractors and sector. The main mission is to perform applied research in the construction industry, in order to improve its competitiveness.
The BBRI has three main tasks:
· to perform scientific and technical research
· to supply technical information, assistance and advice
· to contribute to the general innovation and development in the construction sector, by performing research upon the request of the industry and the authorities.
The BBRI pools on the expertise of more than 250 highly skilled and motivated staff members coming from various educational backgrounds, working in multidisciplinary teams depending on the treated subject.

The Smart City Institute is an academic institute dedicated to the thematic of Smart Cities that aims at stimulating research, teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of the “Smart City”. The SCI aims to contribute to the general development of smart cities by training future managers, developing research, entrepreneurship and innovation The SCI proposes to approach this thematic from a managerial angle (while collaborating with other disciplines (necessary multidisciplinary approach).

One of the main objectives of the Smart City Institute (SCI) is to facilitate the sustainable value creation between actors thanks to networking and thanks to an access to multidisciplinary skills. This is exactly what Co.buildings proposes. The 4 challenges reflect our current interest of research in the field of circular economy and sustainability in the built environment as one of our PhD researcher currently works on those subjects. We hope to contribute to the project by supporting and challenging corporate participants.

Trigrr is a software platform that orchestrates the different systems of a building (lightning, heating, security, access, audio) and make them play together for the benefit of the tenants, owner, developer or facility manager. Our unique ESVT technology enable us to talk, communicate and interconnect with the different building systems independently of any hardware, connectivity or communication protocols. Université Saint-Louis-Bruxelles – EMi Executive Master immobilier

The Executive Master in Real Estate is a part-time training programme of 300 hours (60 credits) in French hosted by the Saint-Louis University in Brussels.
It is specifcally designed for mid-career and senior professionals with at least fve years of work experience who wish to gain a comprehensive overview of the real estate market and related felds (law, fnance, taxes, sustainable development, etc.)
The small size of our cohort – limited to 20 students a year – has led to greater ex clusivity and a more competitive program in terms of admissions while fostering positive interactions between participants.
Our students have different academic backgrounds, coming from the private and the public sector but are all driven by the same motivation: developing theirs skills and continuing to work efciently in the real estate industry.
The Executive Master in Real Estate is the only one to be accredited by RICS in the French speaking part of Belgium.
